Coronavirus Policy

Coronavirus/Covid 19 Statement, with effect from 17 March.

This afternoon, acting on the latest advice from government, the Free Church of Scotland issued recommendations to congregations in the light of the Coronavirus outbreak.

The local leadership at Kilmallie and Ardnamurchan Free Church has considered these recommendations and decided that for the time being all church gatherings will be suspended, including all Sunday services, and all midweek events, at both churches, from this Sunday 22nd March.

We are doing this out of a sense of Christian responsibility, not wanting to be a centre for the transmission of the virus in the wider community.

This does not mean, however, that we will stop being a worshipping, praying and serving community, supporting one another in the church family and the community. We are currently looking at the possibility of providing services and spiritual help online, and will make an announcement shortly.

In the meantime, whether or not you are a Kilmallie regular, if you need to self-isolate, feel cut off, worried or have difficulty with shopping, please contact us to ask for help. We are here to serve you.
